The Orchard

We are proud pickers of
apples, blackberries, pears, plums, cherries, grapes, raspberries, rose-hips, walnuts, hazelnuts & guitars!

Some areas of the 10+ acre historic orchard were originally planted with fruit and nut trees prior to 1900. With 12+ apple varieties, we believe that the orchard was a cider orchard. We even got a visit from the famous Lost Apple crew and many of the apples went back for testing.

You can find our fruit, nuts, and more at the Orofino Farmers Market
& our Farm Stand during the summer.

Bring on the festivals!

Join our 2nd Annual Big Canyon Acres Fall Fest!!

October 14-16, 2022 | 10 am – 4 pm
39754 Peanuts Lane
Peck, ID 83545

Arts & Crafts, pumpkin patch, fresh apple cider, food, produce, games, music, and more… Fun for the whole family!

The Big Canyon Acres Festival Grounds offer a wooded rustic two-level outdoor space that is perfect for small to medium size festivals.

Large adjacent parking lot, easy access and high visibility directly on Big Canyon Rd before the town of Peck, all that is needed is the fun your festival brings. Wide open spaces surrounded by wooded views and splashing water from the nearby creek create a setting those in attendance will remember and come back to year after year.

Dry camping is available on-site for those multi-day events.

Ron and Susan

In 2018, the Jacobson’s bought the orchard and immediately went to work bringing the fruit-bearing trees back into full production. Clean-up was started and the meadow and forest grounds slowly started to take shape into a park-like backdrop.
